I’m 28 and I live in Copenhagen and I have a deep passion about creating a life that makes sense to me. So that’s what I’m exploring!
As I quit my job as a physiotherapist in 2023, I thought: Easy peasy, now I’ll create the life I dream of! Turns out it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be.

What do I love? What does a balanced life look like to me? Who is my authentic self? What illusions are stopping me from achieving this? How can I work with these illusions to live more free in this world?

I believe that working on oneself is the opposite of being self-centered because I can't give what I don't have. I can't offer genuine smiles and support to my environment if I'm stressed out and unhappy in my own life. I'm not here to preach anything; I'm only here to invite you into my head and my way of approaching the world.
